岗位职责：
1、负责大型景观、规划项目的方案主创及总体控制。
Major landscape architecture:
1、Responsibility the scheme design and whole contral of large landscape projects.
任职资格：
Requirement:
1、建筑或景观专业本科或以上学历；
Minimum bachelor degree in Architecture;
2、欧美外籍人士，年龄在35岁以上；
Foreign nationality, above 35 years old;
3、从事本专业技术设计工作8年以上，并独立主持过大中型工程项目从方案至扩初以上的设计过程；
Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related field, management of medium and large scale projects from concept scheme to expanded preliminary design independently;
4、具有本专业比较扎实的理论基础；
Having excellent theoretical basis in Landscape designing;
5、具有较强的项目创作能力、控制能力及表达能力；
Having strong project invention ability, control ability and oral and written communication skills;
6、具有良好的沟通学习能力及团队协作精神；
Good at communicating with others, in teamwork spirit and having a good learning capacity;
7、熟练掌握计算机绘图技术及其他基本计算机工作软件。
Good skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
待遇：
1、年薪：50万以上。
A years Salary:More than 50w.
